Natural rubber grades go RSS-1 to RSS-5. The cheap end carries impurities that surface later as bubbles and dead spots. We buy RSS-1X only, the surgical and aerospace grade. Every bale logged on arrival.

Vulcanization is where rubber becomes rubber. We run a slow sulfur cure, hotter and longer than the trade norm. Every polymer chain locks into a permanent cross-linked mesh. Three compound tiers, one promise: it doesn't peel.

The texture you feel is shaped by steel mandrels we cut in our own die shop. Each die is tuned to one pattern at exact peak, exact spacing, exact angle. Outsourced dies wear in three months. Ours stay sharp for five years.
